While we continue to take all necessary precautions to help prevent the spread of COVID, due to the rise in cases in our communities, our branch lobbies are closed with access by appointment only. The drive-up remains open during normal business hours. The safety and well-being of our customers, employees and communities remains our top priority. We understand that the continuity of banking services is critical and we are still here to help.

Safety Protocols 

Social Distancing

  • In order to maintain social distancing, we are limiting the number of people in the bank at one time
  • Follow our simple directional signage in our lobbies to maintain 6-feet of separation
  • Deposit slips, pens and other supplies have been removed from communal areas 
  • Customer service employees will work safely behind a plexiglass shield

Personal Protection

  • In adherence with CDC and NH State guidelines, employees, customers and vendors are required to wear a mask or cloth face covering. For your convenience, masks are available if you do not have one
  • For security purposes, we may ask you to temporarily remove your mask and show identification
  • If you are unwilling to wear a mask, please visit the drive-up  


  • We have increased nightly disinfecting and our employees will clean workstations after each customer and clean all surfaces throughout the day
  • Hand sanitizer is available for employee, customer and vendor use
