What is Mobile Banking?
Mobile Banking allows anyone with an online banking account to access their account information from a cellular device.

Is Mobile Banking safe?
Mobile Banking uses encryption and multi-factor authentication to keep your account information safe. However, it is always best to practice safety precautions to ensure that your account details remain secure.

Are there fees to use Mobile Banking?
We do not charge a fee for Mobile Banking. However, standard text and data rates do apply per your mobile service carrier.

How do I enroll in Mobile Banking?
Enrollment is completed through the "Options" menu in Online Banking. You will receive text messages that may contain links for you to activate the service you are enrolling in.

What Online Banking features can I use through Mobile Banking?
Most features available through Online Banking will be available in Mobile Banking. You can view your accounts, make transfers, pay bills and find your local First Seacoast Bank Branch or ATM. eStatements are not available through Mobile Banking.

What should I do if I can't log into Mobile Banking?

What should I do if my mobile device is lost or stolen?
During normal business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm), please contact the eBanking team at (603) 742-4680. Outside of normal business hours, log into Online Banking, go to the My Options tab and select "Stop Using This Phone" under the "Manage My Device" section.

How do I stop using Mobile Banking on my phone?
Go to the "My Options" tab in Online Banking and select "Stop Using This Phone" under the "Manage My Device" section.

What mobile devices are supported for Mobile Banking?
We support various cell phone models by the following major brands: iPhone, BlackBerry, HTC, LG, Motorola, Nokia, Pantech, Samsung, Sanyo (now Kyocera) and Sony Ericsson.

Are tablets supported?
Yes. Both Apple iPad and Android tablets are supported.

Is my personal or financial information stored on my phone?
No. We do not save any files containing your personal or financial information to your phone. Your personal or financial information is only available through Online Banking.
